  1. How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping is normally calculated by UPS and options are given based on delivery times. Shipping is sometimes free for customers in the United States depending on current promotions.

  2. How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. We make every effort to get orders out the same business day they are placed. Pre-orders will be shipped once the item becomes available to ship.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we ship internationally via UPS, please allow additional processing time of up to 2 days to handle the international Documentation. We ship internationally via UPS, and are not responsible for any import duties or fees assesed by UPS.

  4. Why is "free shipping" not coming up as free?

    If free shipping is showing a cost other than zero, then you have not met the requirements for free shipping (eg. Order total of $150 or more)

  5. How can I find my tracking information?

    When your order is shipped you will receive an order completion email. The tracking number will be attached to that email. Otherwise shipping status can be checked by logging into your account. If you have any problems the contact us.
